At least once per year, The Ghana National Council strives to host a Town Hall meeting. This serves as a way for the executives and council members to hear concerns and suggestions from the public.

These events are free and open to the public. There is an open panel discussion and presentations by community members.

The main goal of the last town hall meeting was to develop a plan of action for the Ghana House and also address any community issues through questions and discussions by participants. Information from the Ghana House planning Committee was also be shared in great detail.
